Uniform

The governors of Balshaw Lane Primary aim to keep the costs of school uniform reasonable.

Most of our uniform can be bought from a number of different providers in order to keep costs down.

Most items can be purchased from School Trends via the link below.

We do not have many uniform items with a school logo on.

Our preference is that the PE t shirt has the school logo on, to look smart at competitions.

We also prefer that the school sweatshirt or cardigan has the logo on, although this is not essential.

Uniform swap

Emmie-Jacq’s mum has set up Balshaw Lane Uniform Swap facebook group. This is a closed group.

Parents can contact her through that page if they wish to ask for a uniform item and/or to swap.

We hope that parents can make use of this to save money.

School will pass on any good quality, unnamed lost property to Miss Murphy too.

St Laurence’s Church also holds uniform swaps. Miss Murphy takes our uniform to this.

Please go along if you wish to pick up an item. You don’t have to have something to swap.

The dates of these swaps will be posted on the fb group.
